Maria Hall - Self Abuse, Live at Spratton
100 mph version of my song 'Self Abuse', performed live at the Spratton Gathering 2008 with Lew bear drivin it along on hand drums assisted by another guy who's name I can't remember (sorry!) and Rick on shaker. Considering they'd never played it before, they did amazingly well so I know who to get for my next album!
