Partick Folk Club
Played Partick Folk Club in St Peters Hall, Chancellor Street, Glasgow on friday night.
By far the best gig of our busy year....mainly because of the audience...I play folk clubs so seldom these days, that I forget the pleasure of an audience that wants to be entertained and actually listens. You really know if youre playing well...not just the hit and miss of barroom gigs...
Thanks to Mick West and his committee for all the work they put in each month...
The soup was fantastic!!
[oh yes..and we got paid a decent wage for a change!!]
