ahhhhhhhh

well myself and 2 members of Cross The Border (Stoo Nicol and Sketchy) performed our set for the night.....before that i had the chance to go and listen to both Jinski and the fantastic Maria Hall band.....both acts were outstanding from what i heard and i even bought a Jinski album (tis good stuff btw).......Maria Hall's version of Pink Floyds Breathe is almost as trippin as the real thing and they finished off with a belter of a song, Marias… Continue

weekend

just had a cracker of a weekend

i was very kindly invited to The Highland Gathering at Lossiemouth by Mick Daly as part of this AFC contingent.....i thought i was just goin to be performing a set along with Mick at the gathering......but i had offered my percussion services to Cross The Border while we were in Clackmannan and they accepted.......so after a jam session on the Wednesday night with them it was decided that i would accompany them on their set playing the djembe

Are you coming up for the Wizard Festival to play with Cross The Border again or even just to enjoy? Hope so. You did fantastically well with them at both gigs.
