One night i found a homeless person out the front of my apartment. in short he was dying not drunk. he needed emergancy assistance and on a busy friday night not one person that passed stopped to see if he was ok. i guess in the song, i dont mean that everyone doesnt care, just the people that passed him that night.

the medics told me it was lucky they had arrived in time.
