Yes we've got another video - its Lonesome Valley with our friends Robert and Stephan. BTW Friday weeks gig in Wallingford sees the tentative debut of our very own brass section who'll try out on Yellow Moon - how groovy is that???

for those that dont know the Occasional Orchestra project kick started when Darrell and I had the opportunity to contribute a track to a CD to raise funds for life and living charity and the CD was to be a collection of cover versions of songs by Kevin Coyne.
Typically contrary we chose a song Kevin didnt actually write - a white spiritual that was on his first album for Virgin, Marjory Razorblade ,and also a song he would, later in life, close his gigs with - Lonesome Valley.

November gigs

After this weekends gig with a 10 piece male voice chorus joining us on Boating Lake, and Yasmin adding her vocals to Yellow Moon and King Roger, here's a reminder of Novembers gigs starting with a small memory jog for Saturday October 31st and a return to Chalfont St Giles Memorial Hall in Buckinghamshire where we'll be playing alongside some of our good musical buddies including Clive Product, The Unfortunate Bongo 5, The Kings of the Wild Front Ear and Occasionally David.
