The Writer's Perspective

I sing yes. I play guitar yes .... both are tools to pass the music forward for me. I do not consider myself to be a singer, or a player, but I am a writer.

The same way I am not a mechanic. when something is wrong with my car, I usually allow someone else to bust up their knuckles and make it work right. But, if I can't find a mechanic, be sure that my head will be under the hood at least trying to figure out what's wrong.... sometimes, I get lucky.

It is the same with music for me... I hear it. I understand it. But, I am not the musician, I'm just the trouble shooting writer.
