Load-in

We won't be able to load in until 7:30. I pointed out to the manager that we're scheduled to START the SHOW at 7:30, but apparently the sound guy can't get there until shortly before that (gee, thanks, venue...).

Anyway, I'm probably going to be dropping my section of things down to about 20 minutes since we're going to be a bit more pressed for time, and also due to the fact that my chest crud/sore throat issue seems to be making a second round. Right now it's hard to sing without losing my voice after about 15 minutes, so I'm laying off singing for a few days to see if that helps any.

Regarding meeting in the back yard: Lew will be arriving on Wednesday, and I know a few others will be trickling in Thursday (in the evening, I'm assuming). When you hit town, please give me a call. If you don't have my number, message me here and I'll PM it to you.

In fact Jo, thats a good point - I could probably do with your number!

Dont feel bad about lopping some time off my set if you need to - I'm flexible and dont set sets in stone for this very reason

Waa about the throat. Had hoped that was all cleared up.

I can also be very flexible on my set - it can be cut to 0 if necessary. We'll sort things out.

It's too bad I can't load in the drums early though.. that takes a good bit of time. And doesn't require a sound engineer, just a couple of burly boys with wrenches.
