MAC USERs Please HELP

Are there any Mac users out there who can Help me get onto LOOM. I have down loaded a mac version, but it won't work plus can't hear AFC Radio either
Can anyone help?????

I use mac but haven't used loom. Have no problems with the radio. Leave it with me and I'll have a bash.
